*Due to recent global events Marriage Ceremony Appointment Scheduling has been disabled and walk-in ceremonies are not available until further notice. Existing marriage ceremony appointments will be honored and conducted at a customer service window with the officiant and couple separated by a glass window.*

The Clerk-Recorder grants Deputy Commissioner status to individuals to conduct a single ceremony. A $50 fee applies. For a Deputy Commissioner Packet, go to the Forms tab and select Birth/Death/Marriage.

To start the appointment process, select "Book an appointment". If you have an existing appointment you can also reschedule, as well as cancel it.

To make a new appointment you must acknowledge that your personal data will be temporarily stored.
